Highlights of this trip:
1. Sleep Well: We will stay in a lovely courtyard in the countryside. It is super quiet there. Through high quality sleep, deeply relax, feed and nourish your body and mind.
2. Walking silently in Nature: Through walking quietly in nature, feel the connection between your inner and nature. Meanwhile, the great magnetic field in nature will made a profound healing impact on you.
3. Take your attention away from a busy mind and rest in peace: Through killing your time by doing nothing, take your attention away from a busy mind and rest in peace.
4. Good conversation: Share your methods、skills and achievements of how to lead a healthy and balance life. Make friends with growth-oriented people and gain support from each other.
5. Small group of maximum of 8 people: The group usually has 4-6 people.

Price and discount:
The cost is 1100RMB per person. It includes transportation, water, four meals, one night’s accommodation and guide.

Detailed itinerary:
Day 1:
1. In the morning we will meet at 9am;
2. After about 2 hours’ driving, we will arrive at the courtyard retreat;
3. 11am-12pm: Free time;
4. 1pm: We will have lunch together;
5. 2pm-4pm: Silent walking in nature;
6. 4pm-7pm: Free time. During free time, you may choose to stay silent in the yard, have a cup of coffee, or explore the surrounding areas on your own;
7. 7pm-8pm: Light dinner.
8. 8pm-9:30pm: Share your methods、skills and achievements of how to lead a healthy and balance life.

Day 2:
1. Get up whenever you want. Breakfast time is flexible;
2. The whole morning is free time;
3. 12pm-1pm: Lunch time.
4. 1pm: Drive back downtown.

What to bring on this trip?
1. Comfortable walking shoes and a suitable size daypack;
2. Quick-drying dress in summer and windproof dress in autumn, raincoat; warm clothes for the evening, spare socks and underwear;
3. Sun protection: hat, sunscreen, sunglasses;
4. Snacks and energy complement;
5. Toothbrush, small towel;
6. Personal first-aid, mosquito killer;
7. Some medicine for diarrhea and heat stroke.

What is included on this trip?
1. Air-conditioned vehicle with experienced driver;
2. English-speaking guide and organizer;
3. Unlimited bottled water;
4. Four meals and one night’s accommodation;
5. One night’s accommodation in a nice courtyard retreat.

What is excluded on this hike?
